TUESDAY 17 OCTOBER
Ellis & Liam Barrie
This brother duo responsible for transforming the world of campsite cooking will be at the show on 17 October. Ellis and Liam Barrie moved to Anglesey when their parents bought the White Lodge Caravan Park in 2009. The brothers spent a year rebuilding what was originally a rabbit-breeding shed to open The Marram Grass restaurant in 2011.
WEDNESDAY 18 OCTOBER
Restaurateur and food expert Antonio Carluccio takes to the stage on 18 October. Following the launch of his 23rd book Vegetables, Antonio will be sharing his expertise of Italian cuisine and top tips on how to create amazing recipes from the kitchen of a leisure vehicle.
THURSDAY 19 OCTOBER
Chef and TV personality Rustie Lee will be sharing her passion for cooking Caribbean-inspired dishes on 19 October. Rustie is a long-standing favourite on our screens, recently appearing among the celebrity retirees in popular BBC series The Real Marigold Hotel.
FRIDAY 20 OCTOBER
Star of numerous high-profile TV dramas, Lisa won Celebrity MasterChef in 2010. She published her first cookery book – Recipes From My Mother For My Daughter – in 2012, which became an instant best-seller, and has since published a further three cookery books. SATURDAY 21 OCTOBER
Masterchef Goes Large finalist Dean Edwards’ family-friendly cooking style has made him a firm favourite on ITV’s Lorraine. Dean is the author of two cookbooks – Mincespiration and, most recently, Feel-Good Family Food. See him on 21 October.
SUNDAY 22 OCTOBER
Steve’s shining moment came in 2009 when he was crowned winner of MasterChef: The Professionals. Head Chef at Michel Roux Jr’s restaurant on Parliament Square, Steve will be sharing his skills on creating high-end dishes from the comfort of a leisure vehicle on 22 October.
