TICKET

Can I buy a ticket on the door?
Tickets will will be available to purchase on the gate for £18 - subject to availability. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance of the Show. 

Can I use my ticket on another day?
Tickets are day specific and can only be used for the day purchased. If you would like to change to another day, you can do this via the See Tickets customer service portal.

Can I use my ticket on multiple days?
Tickets can only be used once. If you wish to attend multiple days you must buy multiple tickets. 

I haven't received my tickets.
Tickets have been sent via email - please check your junk folder. If you have not received your tickets, click here to resend them to yourself. 

What is a transaction fee and when does it apply?
The transaction fee is charged per order regardless of the number of tickets purchased. If you purchase six tickets, you only pay one transaction fee.

The fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets, whether it is through the post, electronically or collecting at the venue. The transaction fee also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket transaction e.g. stock administration and inventory control. For more information click here 

How do I claim a carers ticket?
A carer accompanying a Registered Disabled visitor (who is a paying ticket holder) is free of charge. To book your free of charge carers ticket please click here

Do you have a special rate for children?
Children 15 years and under visit for free when accompanied by a full paying adult or senior but still require a ticket. Please select the kids ticket when buying your tickets. Please note: max 2 children per paying adult. Children cannot enter without a ticket.

What are the Show opening times? 
The Show is open from 10am - 6pm

Are pets allowed at the Show?
Pets are not allowed at the Motorhome and Caravan Show. However, assistance dogs are always welcome. For more information visit the disabled access page. Please note - pets should not be left unattended in parked vehicles. 

Is there a campsite at the Show?
A limited number of pitches will be available on the temporary onsite campsite. Click here for more information. 

Is there a cloakroom?
Yes there is a cloakroom. Coats and jackets may be left at a charge of £2 per item and luggage/bags will be charged at £3 per item. All payments are contactless via card. The cloakroom will be open 30 minutes before the event opens and will close 1hr after the event closes. 

Is there WIFI?
Yes there is a free visitor WIFI across the NEC. If you are having trouble connecting, head to the Visitor centre. 

Do I need to book to see a speaker? 
No, all speaker talks are free to attend

Can I bring my own food? 
Yes, rhere are picnic areas at the show for you to enjoy food you have brought with you or bought on site.

Can I leave the Show to get back to my car? 
Yes, you can leave the Show and come back on the same day as long as you get your hand stamped on exit.

 

VENUE

How do I get to the NEC?
Car - You’ll find the NEC clearly signposted from all motorways and major routes including the M42, M40 and M6 - just pop B40 1NT
Train - Birmingham International Railway Station is located within walking distance. 

How much is parking at the NEC?
Standard parking for the Motorhome and Caravan Show is included in the ticket price. Strictly no overnight parking is allowed on the site. EV parking/charging is available at an additional cost.

Can I park my motorhome at the NEC?
When arriving at the NEC the parking staff will be on hand to direct you to the appropriate car park. Strictly no overnight parking is permitted. 

What time does the car park open and close?
Car parks at the NEC open at 7am and close at 11pm

Electrical Vehicle Charging 
The NEC has 22 slow charging EV charging points available on a first come first served basis. Payment can be made via E Connect
Charging locations
Our EV Charging points are located in the below car parks when they are open:

North Car Park 2 (2 Charging points)
East Car Park 1 (6 Charging points)
South 7 (6 Charging points)
